Why Badminton is my favorite sport?

Badminton is my favorite sport. Badminton is very enjoyable and it keeps me very active physically. Badminton made me grow and gain confident as a person. It makes me happy and makes me stay healthy.

Badminton involves one or more players. A badminton players should have strong hands and legs. He should be able to run quickly, jump and hop instantly. The different shots and strokes of badminton are forehand, overhead clear, forehand drive, forehand cross-court drop shot, forehand smash and backhand net kill. Badminton is played for entertainment or enjoyment but may also serves as an excersise.

The first time I played badminton was when I was high school. I felt so excited the first time I played badminton and I became super close with my classmates. Whenever I play badminton I felt more confident and it make me not care as much about what other think about me . Badminton was a new hobby for me that helped me grow.

Badminton is easy to play. You do not need to have a good amount of stamina to play the game. You simply need to have racket ,shoes and shuttlecock, that’s it. You do need any specific protective gear to play the game.It is an indoor game which means it is not really dependent on the weather. You can play it anytime you want to play.It is also true that the badminton rackets and shoes are not very expensive.Badminton is a good cardio-exercise for someone like me, who finds running on the treadmill or walking tedious.The badminton court is the perfect opportunity to meet new people and make friends.

Aside from badminton what are the other sports that you like?

Volleyball is also one of my favorite sport. Just like badminton, volleyball is an amazing game. It teaches us teamwork and not to quit easily. And it is also good for our health because just like badminton, volleyball is also an excercise.
